the staff are very nice and helpful.

the staff are very nice and helpful. the facility is clean but small than I expected.

I asked them to pick up and deliver my laundry. They’re very nice to help me but unfortunately I lost my Victoria Secret Leggings and shirt. i didnt have the time to check it and complain . lessons to learn dont do the pick up laundry in the hotel.

Very good location, everything is cose

Very good location, everything is cose 24/7 guard at the door is nice Affordable

Rooms looked much nicer in the pictures There was no soap or any amneties in the room The sheets were dirty and in general the room was not that clean We got contacted later on that we only had paid only one night (we stayed 2) altough we paid for both nights, very unprofessional

Very central right on the corner of china town and a small walk away from the baywalk and sm mall.

Upon check in we were requested to leave our key at the front desk because if we lost it the fee was php1000. Also they had a no eating or drinking rule within the room. I find these rules very trivial and I was very uncomfortable with the idea that if we left our room key at the front desk that our belongings were not completly safe. As for the no eating in your room policy I felt both requests were very trivial and childish. When I pay for a room I went to feel as if I am at home and can relax and have a hot tea in bed and what not, and not be restricted because the staff cannot be bothered to clean up extra mess. Furthermore the shower hose could not properly sit in the holder and would constantly fall down because the holder could not support the weight and at night we heard scratching noises when the lights were off, once the lights were turned on it stopped. So i can only assume that they were rats in the ceiling which is very disgusting to think about.

What was the highlight of WE Travelers Inn

Over all ok stay, value for money. Their ACU needs more regular maintenance.

The room is huge, generally clean and the bed is alright. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Location is excellent at the center of the city and is accessible. The construction noise was minimal and barely noticeable.

The ACU in my room had some problems on my 2nd night, it kept on turning off after a while it's turned on. My sleep was interrupted that entire night, told the security person the following morning to tell the reception personnel of the problem since I was leaving early for a day trip. When I went back, they didn't do anything, and I had to fix the problem myself, it was just the ACU filter was really dirty and the reception or front office didn't bother to even check what was wrong.

An easy place to stay :)

Its located right in the city center making it easy to get around and theres a mall called SM mall just 5 min walk away. The staff were very friendly and helpful! The room was more spacious then I was expecting. Nice place overall.

There was construction going on downstairs, but if you're on the 3rd floor the noise from the construction shouldnt be to bad. It is a little noisy in general just because of the location. I wish their covers for the bed were a little bigger.

They have renovations & at night we woke to hear rats running around above us,obviously in between the floors! But never in the room!

Really terrible service!

That it was close to the SM mall.

The customer service here was appalling! The staff made no effort and actually made it seem like they wanted us to leave. We felt like a complete nuisance, and every request was such a chore for the staff here, with every solution being more of a compromise. We were very gladly served a cold breakfast as we were later than the time we had arranged (arranging a breakfast time should not be a thing, especially there were no other guests and were not busy) The staff did not even explain the circumstances (which would have been very much preferred) and very rudely continued to serve our breakfast, which was cooked 2 hours prior! Totally unacceptable.

Nice breakfast area with nice view.

The hotel it’s in a busy area, so its a bit noisy. The bedroom floor was sticky. Some amendments were being performed ( unfinished ), materials, stairs etc were left behind. The breakfast area has a beautiful location and potential, but some cleaning needs to be done

Location is great.

Location is great. Very close to SM mall, the beachside and many restaurants and bars. The staff was extremely helpful and very accommodating.

The sheets were worn and made them quite rough to sleep in. The towels were old and instead of white more yellowish. The mattress was quite thin and hard, not suitable for heavier bodies or with bad backs. The breakfast is very limited and small portions. Also the ambiance of the breakfast cafe could use an upgrade. It’s very bare and simple atm. The inn is fine for a one night stay. If you plan to stay longer I suggest you find somewhere else with more ambiance.
